General Overview

We provide a diverse range of Civil Engineering Services. These services fall into several primary classifications. Among these are:

We also serve a broad range of clients, including the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Boroughs and Townships, Commercial and Residential Developers and Industry. Working with both municipalities and private developers, Witman Engineers & Consultants, LLC offers a unique perspective that completes development projects successfully for existing and new residents alike.

Our current projects include:

Street Reconstruction and Resurfacing.
Municipalities, either as the appointed Engineer or on a project-by-project basis.
Commercial Land Development Projects.
General Consulting for Home Builders.
Land Subdivisions ranging from three (3) to thirty seven (37) lots.

Our projects are located in Berks, Chester, Lehigh, Schuylkill and York counties. Previous projects are located in these areas as well as Bucks, Dauphin, Delaware, Lackawanna, Montgomery and Northampton counties. All of our current projects are located within the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
