We also serve a broad range of clients, including the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Boroughs and Townships, Commercial and Residential Developers and Industry. Working with both municipalities and private developers, Witman Engineers & Consultants, LLC offers a unique perspective that completes development projects successfully for existing and new residents alike.

Our current projects include:

• Street Reconstruction and Resurfacing.
• Municipalities, either as the appointed Engineer or on a project-by-project basis.
• Commercial Land Development Projects.
• General Consulting for Home Builders.
• Land Subdivisions ranging from three (3) to thirty seven (37) lots.

Our projects are located in Berks, Chester, Delaware, Lancaster, and Lehigh counties. Previous projects are located in these areas as well as Bucks, Dauphin, Delaware, Lackawanna, Montgomery, Northampton, Schuylkill and York counties. All of our current projects are located within the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.

Witman Engineers & Consultants, LLC is a registered PennDOT business partner. We are members of the Associated Pennsylvania Constructors and the American Institute of Steel Construction. Witman Engineers & Consultants, LLC has served 24 consecutive years as the township engineer for Caernarvon Township, Berks County.
