Witman Engineers and Consultants was founded in 1988 as William W. Witman, PE. Since 1992, our offices have been located at 132 North Eighth Street in Reading Pennsylvania. In March 2004, our name changed to Witman Engineers and Consultants in recognition of the growth in our staff and services.
We provide a diverse range of Civil Engineering Services. These services fall into several primary classifications. Among these are:
- Surveying and Mapping
- Bridge, Storm Drainage and Roadway Design
- Land Planning and Site Development
- Water Supply and Distribution
- Sewage Collection
We also serve a broad range of clients, including Pennsylvania Boroughs and Townships, Commercial and Residential Developers and Industry. Working with both municipalities and private developers, Witman Engineers and Consultants offers a unique perspective that completes development projects successfully for existing and new residents alike. Our current projects include:
- Land Subdivisions ranging from three (3) to one hundred ten (110) lots.
- Municipalities, either as the appointed Engineer or on a project-by-project basis.
- Commercial Land Development Projects.
- Grading and Erosion Control Design for Recreational facilities.
- General Consulting for Home Builders.
Our projects are located in Berks, Chester, Dauphin, Schuylkill and York counties. Previous projects are located in these areas as well as Delaware, Lehigh and Northampton counties. All of our current projects are located within the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
