Staff and Associates
Along with William Witman, our staff includes Civil Engineers, CAD Drafters, and Environmental Specialists. Together, we have nearly 100-years combined experience in Engineering and Surveying. Resumes for any of our staff are available upon request.
Our associates include Professional Land Surveyors, Wetland, Botanical and Endangered Species consultants, Geotechnical engineers, and certified Sewage Enforcement professionals.
Witman Engineers & Consultants, LLC has been providing design, planning, construction, and technical support services to commercial, industrial, municipal, residential and individual clients for the past 24 years. We have extensive knowledge of current construction and planning requirements for sewer and drainage projects. We are a certified PennDOT business partner and work on PennDOT design/build projects.

Witman, P.E. support resources include extensive civil, environmental planning, estimating and project/construction management.
Company Status
Currently, the firm employs full-time and part-time employees. We use a variety of software and CAD programs such as Terramodel® for the needs of our clients. We maintain current copies of most types of Highway and Bridge Design software.
