Specialized Services
In the design of municipal road and street projects, we utilize cost saving materials and processes, including cold-in-place recycling and full-depth reclamation. In the design of reclamation projects, we select the method that takes full advantage of the existing pavement structure in combination with the economical selection of new materials to produce the strongest, most durable pavement structure possible. We also work with our clients and suppliers to incorporate new and/or proven, experimental materials into projects to reduce cost.

Our founder, William W. Witman, PE has 30-years experience in Civil Engineering Design, Construction and Maintenance. His experience in Bridge, Highway and Site Construction helps insure that completed designs include not only visual appeal but are also designed with cost-effective construction in mind.
