Crews from R&C Heavy Mechanical and the H. B. Mellott Estate, Inc. install a new crushing and conveying system at the Lehigh Cement Quarry in Evansville, PA. Witman Engineers & Consultants, LLC provided construction surveying and stakeout services for the foundations for the crushing plant and 850-linear feet of conveyor.
