Witman Engineers & Consultants, LLC provides design phase services for PennDOT design/build projects and construction phase services including demolition plans, foundation plans, sheeting & shoring design, and stream diversion plans. In association with other firms, we have provided design services for bridge design and construction administration services for Northampton Borough Northampton County and Gilberton Borough Schuylkill County.
