Designing, Planning, Technical Support Services and Project/Construction Inspection Services Witman Engineers and Consultants has been providing design, planning, construction, and technical support services to commercial, industrial, municipal, residential and individual clients for the past 14 years. We have extensive knowledge of current construction and planning requirements for sewer and drainage projects. William W. Wiman, P.E. support resources include extensive civil, environmental planning, estimating and project/construction management. Company Status Currently, the firm has four full-time and two part-time employees. We use a variety of software and CAD programs such as Terramodel® for the needs of our clients.
